Saskatchewan moves ahead with CCSVI treatment

I thought this was old news, but maybe its now confirmed that the Saskatchewan government will be sending some of its citizens to Albany, New York for CCSVI treatment: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TuXTInyzRc8
