Two months since liberation

My energy is still way up. I have more strength in my left arm. My mobility and balance are still a bit better - I haven't used a cane in a month.  My manual dexterity is still better: I wear shirts with buttons on a regular basis again, and only have problems if I'm really tired from exercising or from walking around.  So far, so good!

    Thanks again for another status update. Have you completed your course of blood thinners now that it is two months after the treatment? (I am Katowice/Euromedic bound in December).

    Hi Kevin,
    Since I have a stent, it's advised that I take blood thinners for a year, so I'll do that.

    Hi,

    I'm due to be treated in Poland next week. I'm a regular gym goer and enjoy exercise. How soon after the operation were you allowed to resume exercise?
